As an extension of Alteon Equipment Inc., our roots trace back to Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, where our journey began in February 2023. With a keen eye on the growing demand for premium industrial equipment in the U.S., we expanded our operations to Dallas, Texas, to better serve a broader clientele.

Our story is one of vision and dedication. Spearheaded by Mahdi Pourmemar, Co-Founder and 50% Owner, Alteon Equipment USA LLC was born out of a commitment to excellence. Mahdi’s academic background includes a Graduate Degree in Business Administration and Small Business Management from Seneca College, Toronto, where he honed his skills in strategic business practices. Since his graduation in Summer 2022, Mahdi has been deeply immersed in the material handling equipment sector, assisting companies in streamlining their warehouse operations for optimal efficiency.
